What you'll do:

  • Coordinate the mobile (Android/Kotlin) development team, ensuring on-time delivery with quality;
  • Act as the team's Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies and removing impediments;
  • Represent the engineering perspective when communicating and planning with product and design;
  • Guide technical and architectural decisions;
  • Encourage the use of AI-assisted development tools and practices to optimize workflows and support the team's efficiency;
  • Provide the team with a quality strategy that supports the team's delivery goals;
  • Support developers' career growth through regular feedback and 1:1 meetings;
  • Be challenged to create scalable and reliable solutions.

We are looking for people with:

  • University degree in courses related to computing such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, and Systems Analysis and Development;
  • Previous experience leading or coordinating mobile development teams;
  • Solid fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving;
  • Solid experience with native mobile (Android/Kotlin) development;
  • Understanding of modern Android architectures, API integrations, and CI/CD pipelines;
  • Familiarity with incorporating AI capabilities and tools into development workflows and software architecture;
  • Advanced knowledge in design patterns and development best practices;
  • Knowledge of software testing concepts (testability, regression, unit, integration, stress, test automation);
  • Good communication skills in English (written and spoken);
  • Experience with Agile projects and Scrum methodology.
