Job Summary

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive product growth, customer loyalty, pricing strategy, and e-commerce initiatives. The ideal candidate should have experience in fintech, lending, or consumer technology, with strong analytical skills to improve margins, customer retention, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design pricing, tenure, and product strategies to improve profitability.
• Build and manage customer loyalty/rewards programs.
• Analyze customer, repayment, and transaction data to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage customer database/CRM for segmentation and targeted campaigns.
• Launch and optimize e-commerce platform, product listings, pricing, and promotions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Track KPIs, create dashboards, and measure business performance.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Marketing teams.

Mandatory Skills

• 3–6 years of Product Marketing, Product Management, or Growth experience.
• Experience in Fintech, Lending, Consumer Finance, or Consumer Tech.
• Hands-on experience designing and managing Customer Loyalty/Rewards Programs.
• Strong knowledge of Product Pricing, Unit Economics, and Margin Optimization.
• Experience analyzing customer, repayment, or transactional data.
• Experience with CRM/Customer Database Management and customer segmentation.
• Experience launching or managing E-commerce Platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, or other analytics tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in African or Emerging Markets.
• Knowledge of device financing, digital lending, or BNPL products.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and customer lifecycle management
