About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud-based architecture (AWS/GCP), application development, and multi-country deployments with proven leadership in technical strategy and cross-functional team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Architecture

  • Architect end-to-end solutions across cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Firebase) ensuring scalability, security, and cost efficiency.

  • Define technical blueprints, high-level and low-level designs, and integration strategies for enterprise applications.

  • Lead PoCs (Proof of Concepts) and feasibility studies for new technologies.

• Cloud & Infrastructure Strategy

  • Design and deploy cloud-native architectures for SaaS and enterprise systems.

  • Implement security best practices, high availability (HA), and disaster recovery (DR) strategies.

  • Optimize cloud costs through efficient resource allocation and architecture refinement.

• Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership

  • Partner with business, product, and technology teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

  • Manage cross-functional technical teams, providing guidance and mentoring to developers and engineers.

  • Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to validate requirements and present architectural solutions.

• Technology Implementation & Innovation

  • Lead multi-country deployments in domains such as FinTech, Telecom, and Remote Device Management (MDM).

  • Integrate multiple systems including CRM, ERP, APIs, payment gateways, and security modules.

  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption to enhance product capabilities.

• Governance & Best Practices

  • Establish coding standards, architecture principles, and documentation practices.

  • Conduct technical reviews and ensure solutions align with enterprise security and compliance guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: 12+ years in software development & architecture, with at least 4 years as a Solution Architect or equivalent senior technical leadership role.

• Technical Expertise:

  • Programming: Python, JavaScript, PHP, SQL, C/C++, Bash.

  • Frameworks: Django, Flask, Laravel, CodeIgniter.

  • Cloud: AWS (Certified), Google Cloud, Firebase.

  • Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL (MongoDB preferred).

  • Development Methodologies: Agile, Waterfall.

• Domain Knowledge: FinTech, Telecom, SaaS products, CRM, Remote Device Management (MDM).

• Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect (mandatory/preferred), Google Cloud or Cybersecurity (preferred).

• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with device security, system integration, and multi-country deployments.

• Hands-on with cloud cost optimization and security compliance frameworks.

• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and microservices.
