About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Manager to manage the company's financial operations, accounting, MIS reporting, budgeting, compliance, and cash flow. The ideal candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 4 years of post-qualification experience and strong expertise in financial reporting, taxation, audits, and business finance.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure accurate bookkeeping and accounting records in Tally/ERP.
• Prepare MIS reports, management reports, and financial dashboards.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.

Budgeting & Financial Planning

• Prepare annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.
• Monitor budget utilization and perform variance analysis.
• Support business teams with financial planning and cost optimization.

Cash Flow & Working Capital Management

• Monitor daily cash flow and working capital requirements.
• Prepare cash flow statements and forecasts.
• Manage bank reconciliations and coordinate banking activities.

Taxation & Compliance

• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.
• Coordinate with auditors during statutory and tax audits.
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act and applicable financial regulations.

Business Finance

• Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and operating costs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
• Support management with financial insights for business decisions.

Required Skills

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
• 4+ years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards and Indian taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax).
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP or similar accounting software.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and cash flow management.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates from Fintech, Financial Services, NBFC, Technology, Telecom, E-commerce, or Consumer Finance industries will be preferred.
