About the Role

Mobihive Ltd. is looking for a creative and self-driven Graphic Designer who can independently conceptualize, design, and execute visual assets across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong design fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to manage end-to-end design projects with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling designs for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, emailers, presentations, and branding initiatives.
• Develop creative concepts and transform ideas into engaging visual content.
• Design marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, banners, infographics, and promotional materials.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and business teams to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality creatives.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
• Independently handle the complete design lifecycle from concept to final delivery.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with Figma, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding.
• Ability to create social media creatives, digital advertisements, and marketing assets independently.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work.
