Job Description

1. Procurement Process Operations:
a. Conduct procurement in accordance with the company's standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
b. Resolve issues during the procurement process to ensure timely delivery of materials.
c. Coordinate with internal requirements, negotiate prices, and coordinate contracts with suppliers.
d. Complete annual and quarterly procurement plans on schedule.
2. Supplier Management:
a. Establish and maintain supplier relationships to ensure stability and quality of material supply.
b. Evaluate supplier performance, conduct regular reviews, and implement improvements.
3. Supply Chain Coordination:
a. Collaborate with suppliers and relevant internal departments to ensure timely and quality supply of required items.
b. Participate in supply chain improvement and coordination projects to enhance overall operational efficiency.
4. Supply Chain Evaluation and Optimization:
a. Conduct supplier performance assessments to ensure service quality.
b. Collaborate with relevant departments according to established standards to promote supply chain optimization initiatives.
5. Data Analysis and Cost Optimization:
a. Regularly organize and submit procurement-related reports to provide data support for decision-making.
b. Analyze procurement costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and propose improvement suggestions.
c. Collaborate with demand departments and technical units to propose and implement cost optimization plans.
6. Strategic Procurement Planning and Execution:
a. Develop annual and quarterly MRO procurement plans based on company needs.
b. Analyze market trends, conduct risk assessments, select suitable suppliers, and prevent supply chain disruptions or other potential issues.
