Job Description
1.執行產品可靠度測試(EQT/ORT/HALT)，異常回饋與跟進以確保產品可靠度符合產品規格。
2. 執行產品可靠度測試及規劃排程，測試環境架設及測試報告, 確保產品驗證時程符合客戶要求。
3. 訂定/修改作業流程及各機種測試計劃，並負責安排測試排程,確保測試符合客戶要求並落實執行。
4. 執行產品壽命預估確保產品設計符合客戶需求/產品規格
