1.監控課級同仁之各項品質異常處理流程與進度追蹤，確保異常問題有效解決並且預防再次發生。
2.掌握新產品檢驗以及生產風險評估 (NPI) 進度，確保生產製程滿足產品及客戶之需求。
3.督導工廠品質管理內部稽核，確保符合品質需求。
4.運用Six Sigma與品質工具釐清問題，進行持續性改善的活動。
5.督導課內同仁工作，提示重點項目與進度，確保工作進度符合目標。
