Job Description

1.執行客訴/製程異常/品質異常處理流程，確保異常問題有效解決並且預防再次發生。 2.執行新產品檢驗以及生產風險評估 (NPI)，確保生產製程滿足產品及客戶之需求。 3.執行ISO9001/ IATF16949/ TL9000品質管理系統要求-品質指標，確保流程有效管控。 4.審查工程變更管理流程，確保變更內容正確執行。 5.推動製程管制能力改善，監控EDSA 異常問題，確保製程能力滿足產品品質需求。 6.訂定產品檢驗標準與檢驗項目之計畫，確保檢驗同仁可依循檢驗內容執行檢查活動，以達到產品品質符合出貨要求。
