1.生產計劃與排程：
-根據銷售預測和訂單需求，制定生產計劃和排程。
-監控生產進度，確保按時完成生產任務。
2.物料管理：
-協調物料需求，確保生產所需物料的及時供應。
-與採購溝通，解決物料供應問題，確保生產不中斷。
3.生產流程監控：
-監督負責單位解決生產過程中的例行性問題，確保生產順利進行。
4.數據分析與報告：
-收集和分析生產數據，隨時根據生產效率和產品特性調整生產安排。
5.跨部門協作：
-與倉庫、物流、品質管理等部門合作，確保生產計劃的順利執行。
-參與生產會議，提供生產計劃和進度的最新資訊。
