Job Description

1. Line change and preparation work before line change to achieve line change targets
2. Closing orders and handling remainders, promptly closing work orders
3. First article/line change inspection, Level 1 maintenance checklist to ensure production quality
4. OP position training, attendance management (resignation/leave), ensuring accurate manpower status
5. Productivity reports/production progress/yield tracking to achieve KPI targets
6. Electronic Kanban maintenance, quality history review/VI defect image review to prevent recurrence of past defects
7. Confirm status of remaining material numbers to ensure correct materials for the next process
8. Ensure proper use of PPE for workplace safety, Level 3 safety training
9. Handling material anomalies to ensure abnormal materials are not used
10. Asset inventory to ensure on-site account consistency and assist production
11. Analyze quality issues in the production process, propose improvement measures, and follow up on implementation.
