About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Engineer to design, develop, and enhance enterprise-grade Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, integrations, and platform best practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Platform features.
• Develop and optimize Apex Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and asynchronous processing.
• Build reusable and scalable Lightning Web Components following Salesforce best practices.
• Design and implement automation using Salesforce Flows and Apex.
• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with external applications.
• Implement secure solutions using Salesforce security features including Profiles, Permission Sets, OWD, Sharing Rules, and Field-Level Security.
• Optimize application performance by resolving governor limit issues and improving bulk data processing.
• Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and solution architecture.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and Architects to deliver business requirements.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.
• Work with Git-based version control and CI/CD deployment pipelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and asynchronous processing.
• Extensive experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Flows and automation.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.
• Good understanding of Salesforce Order of Execution and Governor Limits.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Security Model (OWD, Sharing Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets, FLS).
• Experience with Platform Events and Bulk API.
• Hands-on experience with Git and version control.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce DX and Scratch Orgs.
• Copado, Gearset, or other Salesforce deployment tools.
• Connected Apps and OAuth.
• CI/CD implementation experience.
• Salesforce Platform Developer Certification(s).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
