Description of the main responsibilities of this position:

• Orders booked responsibility for whole offering

• Promote Valmet´s lifecycle offering and solutions

• Identify and document customer plans, needs and objectives and converting them into sales and development projects; guide customer selecting solution options.

• Know customer´s decision making and purchasing processes and guiding us through it

• Support customer negotiations and coordinate Valmet wide offerings 

• Guide mill teams towards bundling and value adding solutions

• Developing a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders, working as lead point of contact for all matters

• Expanding scope on existing customers and paving the way for whole offering (contracts, standards etc.)

• Coordinating and leading of activities in the client interface, including communication with the customer, visits, product promotion, sales and success of delivery

• Collecting and following customer feedback and satisfaction

• Assisting with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed

• Mill shutdown-restart and service clock scheduling

Requirements necessary for the performance of the activities:

• 5 – 8 years of experience in the pulp and paper industry

• Degree in civil engineering or related field

• Advanced level of written and spoken English is required
