Job Summary
St. Cecilia School and Academy is seeking a dependable and supportive Middle School Classroom Aide to assist teachers in creating a structured, respectful, and engaging learning environment. The ideal candidate will support students academically and behaviorally while helping maintain daily classroom routines and fostering a positive school culture.
Job Responsibilities
● Assist teachers with instructional activities, including small-group and individual student support.
● Help maintain a structured and organized classroom environment.
● Support middle school students with assignments and classroom tasks.
● Reinforce classroom expectations and promote positive behavior.
● Supervise students during transitions, lunch, and other assigned times.
● Prepare classroom materials and assist with organizational tasks.
● Communicate effectively with teachers and staff to support student needs.
● Build positive, respectful relationships with students.
Job Requirements
● Experience working with middle school-aged students preferred.
● Strong communication and collaboration skills.
● Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
● Patience, reliability, and a positive attitude.
● Ability to support a structured and respectful learning environment.
