Middle Market Manager

The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Middle Market Manager to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Williston Park, NY. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the oversight of the Main Street and Middle Market departments.
• Manage all aspects of the business segment, including workflow, policies and procedure implementation, account manager performance.
• Provide guidance, assistance, and training to department staff, as necessary.
• Function as an active member of the department and always maintain high staff relationships.
• Participate as a Team member in a fast-paced, growing sales environment open to continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Must have brokers license
• 5 years of management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to work independently, as well as be a team player demonstrating collaboration.
• Tech-savvy with excellent command of all Microsoft programs (Office, Word, and Excel)

Benefits: 

• Salary: $140,000 - $145,000/yr.
