Requirements
- Effective interpersonal & communication skills, energetic, proactive.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Good time management skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure.
- Ability to work on Windows and Mac environments.
- Ability to design and build test plans using QA related tools (Selenium, Python, JMeter and the like).
- 3+ years of experience as a QA expert.
Plus
- Experience testing mission critical financial trading systems.
- Scripting skills such as Perl & Python.
- Ability to troubleshoot using SQL, Linux, network tools.
- Experience automating tests (stress & non-stress).
Interview Process
- Phone interview
- Onsite Interview: 2-2.5 hours, including 30 minutes onsite test, 1-1.5 hours meet with hiring managers and , 0.5 hour meet with HR.
