Mid Project Manager

We are 9north. A full-service creative content & production partner; working with US-based select clients, collaborating to do AMAZING work.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, enthusiastic junior/mid-level project manager to work remotely for our global clients. Ideally, you have experience in web development, digital marketing, and email development projects and are interested in working alongside a diverse and collaborative growing team.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts daily, identifying resource needs, performing quality reviews, and escalating functional, quality, and timeline issues appropriately. 
2. Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
3. Assign and schedule project tasks.
4. Tracking projects and providing regular reports on project status to the project team and key stakeholders.
5. Create documentation, tickets, reports, and other administrative tasks.
6. Keep an updated status of tasks, manage resources, and identify blockers to avoid delays on the deadlines.
7. Identifying and mitigating potential risks.

• 2 + years of experience in technology projects
• Strong project management and prioritization skills.
• Experience with Digital Marketing and Google Analytics.
• Works independently with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Excel and Google spreadsheets experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Adept at conflict resolution.
• Able to negotiate and influence
• English B2+ or above is required.
