Microsoft Power Platform & Copilot Consultant

We are looking for a Microsoft Power Platform & Copilot Consultant with around 3-5 years of experience to strengthen our Microsoft team. As part of a dynamic and collaborative team, you will be involved in end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot solutions—from requirements analysis to implementation and go-live—helping our clients achieve real business impact.

Responsibilities

• Participate in implementation projects using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) and Copilot;
• Development of low-code/no-code solutions for clients across various sectors;
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams in national and international project contexts
• Support solution design, development, testing, and deployment phases
• Promote best practices and contribute to continuous improvement and innovation

• 3–5 years of experience in implementation projects with PowerPlatform and Copilot;
• Knowledge of Copilot Studio and AI will be highly valued;
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 environments and solution integration;
• Strong functional and technical analysis skills;
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset;
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities; 
• Strong analytical skills, team spirit, and results-driven mindset
• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform and Artificial Intelligence are highly valued;
• Good level of English, both written and spoken

Compensation (from employer):
35000 – 49000 EUR (YEARLY)
