Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

Job Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (On-Premises) development.

• Strong proficiency in .NET, .NET Core, REST APIs, and full-stack development.

• Hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on business requirements.

• Experience in creating custom workflows, plugins, and integrations using C# and .NET frameworks.

• Expertise in integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with external systems and applications through REST APIs, web services, and middleware.

• Practical experience with data migration activities and Dynamics 365 upgrades.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, especially for integration and system functionality issues.

• Ability to work on both front-end and back-end components, ensuring seamless user experience and robust backend performance.

• Proven experience in developing and maintaining web applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.

• Ability to design and deliver solutions with focus on performance optimization, scalability, and security.

• Ability to prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation.

• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL).

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, including Boards, Work Items, and Git Repository for source code management.

• Strong ownership mindset, positive attitude, and ability to work effectively under pressure within a team environment.

• Experience in banking or enterprise sectors is preferred.

Preferred Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate.

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or Azure Developer Associate (Optional).
