Your Role

In this role, you actively shape the Workplace AI & Automation roadmap and translate business objectives into meaningful, scalable use cases. You work at the intersection of technology, innovation, and business impact, helping to define how AI‑driven solutions enhance the digital workplace across the organization. As part of a collaborative, international environment, you contribute to sustainable, secure, and user‑centric AI and automation initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Shape and continuously evolve the Workplace AI & Automation roadmap aligned with business goals
  • Design intelligent, end‑to‑end solutions using M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, the Power Platform, and Microsoft Graph
  • Build, operate, and enhance automations and copilots across the digital workplace
  • Integrate systems and services through APIs and event‑driven architectures
  • Ensure all solutions comply with security, compliance, data protection, and responsible AI standards
  • Operate and improve ALM pipelines, monitoring, and lifecycle management to ensure reliability
  • Drive user adoption through engaging training formats, enablement initiatives, and clear documentation
  • Manage licensing, costs, and the AI & Automation portfolio in close alignment with key stakeholders

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data AI, or comparable practical experience
  • Several years of experience in digital workplace, automation, or Power Platform environments
  • Strong skills in M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and prompt design
  • Solid knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and ALM practices
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Graph, APIs, and integration concepts
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, Entra ID, data protection principles, and responsible AI controls
  • Strong English communication skills; German language skills are an advantage in an international setting
