Job Summary

Supervisors in this role help clinicians strengthen their skills through case consultation, ethical discussion, documentation review, and professional mentorship.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and case consultation
- Support documentation, ethics, treatment planning, and professional growth
- Help supervisees build confidence in clinical work
- Follow Missouri licensing and supervision rules
- Maintain clear supervision structure and communication
Requirements
- Active Missouri clinical license in good standing
- Eligible licenses may include LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or other approved independent clinical license
- Must be qualified to supervise under Missouri board requirements
- Experience supervising clinicians preferred
