A Day in Your Life at MKS:

As a Mgr, Quality at MSD Korea, you will partner with Sales, Customers, Internal team to support. In this role, you will report to the Sr Mgr, Manufacturing/Operations.

You Will Make an Impact By:

• Quality Control Processes: Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.

• Specifications Review: Devise and review specifications for products or processes.

• Supplier Compliance: Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products from suppliers and monitor their compliance.

• Health and Safety: Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines and legal obligations.

• Product Inspection: Inspect final output, compare properties to requirements, and approve the right products or reject defectives.

• Customers communication : PCN (process change notification), customer audit, customer complaints management

Skills You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experiences

• 15+ years of relevant experiences, including 8+ years in people management experiences

• Experience in PCB, electro-plating, or surface treatment manufacturing environments is a plus

• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
