We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition, revenue growth, and digital advertising performance across Meta and Amazon platforms. This role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in scaling D2C and e-commerce brands through data-driven marketing strategies, campaign optimization, and performance analytics.
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will own the end-to-end paid media strategy, managing large-scale advertising budgets while continuously optimizing campaign performance, customer acquisition costs, and return on ad spend. Working closely with leadership, creative teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will develop scalable growth strategies, experiment with new acquisition channels, and drive measurable business outcomes through continuous optimization and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize high-performing paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Amazon Ads.
- Manage large-scale monthly advertising budgets while ensuring efficient allocation and maximum return on investment.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using key performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversion Rate, and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
- Design audience targeting strategies, conduct A/B testing, and identify opportunities to scale campaigns profitably.
- Build and execute full-funnel acquisition strategies covering prospecting, retargeting, customer engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and design teams to develop high-converting ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign assets.
- Analyze campaign performance, prepare detailed reports, and present actionable insights to business stakeholders and leadership.
- Stay updated on advertising platform changes, attribution models, emerging trends, and performance marketing best practices.
- Continuously improve campaign efficiency through experimentation, audience segmentation, bid optimization, and creative testing.
- Support overall digital growth initiatives by identifying new customer acquisition opportunities and scalable marketing strategies.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Amazon Ads for D2C or e-commerce businesses.
- Proven experience managing large monthly advertising budgets with a strong focus on profitability and business growth.
- Strong understanding of digital performance marketing metrics including ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR, CPM, CPC, attribution models, and conversion optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to scale paid campaigns while maintaining efficient customer acquisition costs and maximizing returns.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign data and making data-driven optimization decisions.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Events Manager, Amazon Advertising Console, Shopify Analytics, or similar marketing analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with D2C, e-commerce, FMCG, beauty, skincare, personal care, lifestyle, or consumer brands is an advantage.
- A proactive, experimentation-driven mindset with a passion for continuous learning, optimization, and measurable business growth.
