Senior MES functional consultant with 5-8 years of multiple MES implementation experience & client facing role, Job description for raising a new requirement

Experience: 5-8 years in multiple MES implementations and client-facing roles

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex MES implementations and provide strategic guidance
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes using advanced MES functionalities
• Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in MES solutions
• Participate in pre-sales activities and proposal development

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with multiple MES platforms and implementations
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes across various industries
• Strong project management and leadership abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
