We are seeking experienced associates to join our expanding Mergers & Acquisitions group.  Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and a minimum of three years of experience handling a variety of M&A transactions, including private equity and/or other private target transactions. Compensation range: $260,000 to $390,000 annually. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
