MEP Engineer Fitout Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Engineer specialized in Fitout projects to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing MEP systems in commercial and residential fitout projects to ensure functionality, safety, and compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, review, and approve MEP plans and specifications tailored for fitout projects.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless project execution.
• Supervise MEP installation works on-site to guarantee compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve any technical issues related to MEP systems promptly.
• Ensure all MEP works adhere to Saudi Arabian codes and regulations.
• Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with procurement teams for the selection of materials and equipment.
• Participate in commissioning and testing of MEP systems to validate performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience as an MEP Engineer in fitout projects within Saudi Arabia or the Gulf region.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and other MEP design software.
• Excellent project management and coordination skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Relevant professional certifications are advantageous.
