If you want to use your skills to build a healthier, more resilient community, we encourage you to apply.</p><p>This position is located at theSC Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) - Office of Mental Health,Catawba Community Mental Health Center (CCMHC), &nbsp;1906 Hwy 521 By-Pass South, Lancater, SC &nbsp;29720.</p><p>Under the supervision of the Clinic Director, employee will provide therapeutic and emergency services to patients and their families in the Lancaster Clinic. Will also ensure frequent interaction with other community agencies and maintain positive professional relationships.</p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities for the Mental Health Professional I / Intake</u></strong><strong><u>:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Provide medically necessary clinical services, including but not limited to, assessment, individual, family and group therapy and crisis intervention services to a targeted population of adult clients and their families.<strong><em>&nbsp; &nbsp;</em></strong>Services may be provided in the clinic, in the client’s home, or other community setting. &nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for case management services for assigned caseload. These services include: referrals, advocacy, interagency staffings, and coordinating care between agencies/service providers as appropriate.</li><li>Formulate recovery based plans of care with person centered goals and objectives. Conduct timely reviews and maintain accurate clinical documentation.&nbsp;</li><li> Attend and participate in Treatment Team meetings/staffings, including staffing with MD at CCMHC. Pursue continuing education and training.
