Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision for developing professionals
• Support case review, treatment planning, documentation, and ethics
• Help supervisees understand clinical standards and expectations
• Follow Delaware supervision and licensing requirements
• Maintain clear supervision records and communication

Requirements

• Active Delaware clinical license in good standing
• Eligible licenses may include LPCMH, LMFT, LCSW, or other approved independent clinical license
• Must be eligible to provide supervision under Delaware board rules
• Prior supervision or leadership experience preferred
