Job Summary

Supervisors in this role help clinicians strengthen casework, documentation, ethical decision-making, and overall clinical confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and case consultation
• Support documentation, treatment planning, ethics, and professional growth
• Help supervisees strengthen their clinical skills
• Follow South Dakota supervision and licensing standards
• Maintain professional supervision communication

Requirements

• Active South Dakota clinical license in good standing
• Eligible license types may include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor - Mental Health (LPC-MH), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Psychologist, or Certified Social Work in Private or Independent Practice (LCSW-PIP / CSW-PIP)
• Must be qualified to supervise under South Dakota board rules
• Supervision experience preferred
