Job Summary

This role gives supervisors the opportunity to guide clinicians in case review, ethical practice, treatment planning, documentation, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and case consultation
• Support documentation, ethics, treatment planning, and professional development
• Help supervisees build confidence and clinical skill
• Follow Texas supervision and licensing standards
• Maintain clear supervision expectations and records

Requirements

• Active Texas clinical license in good standing
• Eligible licenses may include LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or other approved independent clinical license
• Must be qualified to provide supervision under Texas board rules
• Supervision experience preferred
