Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision for counselors and therapists
• Review clinical cases, treatment plans, documentation, and ethics
• Help supervisees strengthen their clinical judgment
• Follow Idaho supervision and licensing requirements
• Maintain organized supervision notes and communication

Requirements

• Active Idaho clinical license in good standing
• Eligible license types may include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Must be eligible to provide supervision under Idaho board rules
• Supervisory experience preferred
