The primary focus of early intervention is to provide education, training, and support to families to help their children learn and grow. We provide services in the home, at our early intervention centers, and in the community.

Criterion is seeking dedicated and passionate Mental Health Counselors who will be responsible for providing home and center-based Early Intervention services to infants, toddlers, and families. They will participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center and home visits and consult with team members regarding clinical issues and provide service coordination.
- Mental Health: Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Developmental Psychology or Educational Psychology OR Current Licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), License Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or license eligible for LMHC or LMFT
- Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
- Current Malpractice Insurance
- Valid driver's license
Skills:
- Must possess the ability to communicate effectively with clients, their families, staff, management and public safety officials
- Must have the ability to carry out written and oral instructions
- Must have considerable emotional and physical capacity
Working Conditions:
- Working in home and center based settings - travel required
