Maintain a professional communication network with internal and external stakeholders, advocate on behalf of those supervised to seek/maintain stability. Maintain effective knowledge of all areas of mental health supervision, programs, policies and protocols. Participate in trainings and maintain all requirements for Mental Health Certification. </span><undefined>A bachelor's degree with at least 15 semester hours in social or behavioral science courses; An associate’s degree and two (2) years of military or certified law enforcement experience (to include Class 1 or Offender Supervision Specialist experience) may be substituted; or a high school diploma and four (4) years of military or certified law enforcement experience (to include Class 1 or Offender Supervision Specialist experience) may be substituted.<br></undefined><undefined><br>In addition to meeting the minimum requirements, applicants will be required to obtain C-1 law enforcement certification by the SC Criminal Justice Academy within 1 year of employment (12 weeks which includes an 8 week sequestration at the academy).<br></undefined><p style="margin: 0; text-align: left"><strong>Please note: </strong>This is an entirely on-site, in-office position.</p><p style="margin: 0; text-align: left"><br></p><p style="margin: 0; text-align: left"><strong>SCDPPPS DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS ARE CONSIDERED DURING THE INTERVIEW PHASE.</strong></p><br><strong><strong>Please complete the state application to include current and previous work history and education.
