Compensation Range:

$19.04 - $26.63

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Responsibilities:

Supports leadership by performing the administrative work involved in meeting Memorial Art Gallery's (MAG) membership budget goal. Serves as a personal point of contact for member relations and is responsible for the integrity and maintenance of the membership program at MAG. Answers phone calls, voicemails, and emails from members. Responds to questions about membership. Prepares and fulfills membership card mailings.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Provides excellent customer service to MAG members. Answers phone calls, voicemails, and emails from members. Responds to questions about membership, assists with securing timed tickets through Altru, and takes event RSVPs. Supports the sales teams at the Admission Desk, the Store, and the Creative Workshop as member questions arise. Works evenings and weekends at Advancement special events as needed.
  • Processes MAG memberships accurately and efficiently. Collects and processes memberships received at the Admission Desk, the Store, and the Creative Workshop. Prepares and fulfills membership card mailings. Collaborates with leadership and MAG’s Marketing and Engagement team to send monthly renewal notices to lapsing or expiring members by email and mail.
  • Maintains data integrity with agility in databases. Works closely with colleagues in MAG IT and UR Gift and Donor Records to update and maintain member information in system, ensuring consistency with other systems. Reviews all online giving transaction notifications for accuracy. On a periodic basis, ensures that all gifts that come through appear appropriately in the system(s). Pulls membership lists as needed.
  • Oversees and manages festival inventory and supplies and processes orders. Tracks and maintains the inventory of membership supplies.
  • Other duties as assigned.


MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree and 1 year of marketing experience required
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience
