  • Support execution of the national medical strategy in collaboration with cross‑functional teams

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and ethical standards

What You Bring

  • A scientific degree (PhD or MD preferred)
  • Early to mid‑career experience (approx. 3–5 years) in healthcare, pharma, or medical devices
  • Experience in customer-facing healthcare roles (e.g., MSL, clinical specialist, medical advisor)
  • Knowledge or strong interest in diabetes care
  • Strong skills in scientific communication and data interpretation
  • A collaborative mindset with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
  • High level of integrity, autonomy, and accountability
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (Mandatory)
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the Netherlands

What We Offer

  • A meaningful role in a purpose‑driven organization improving patient outcomes
  • Exposure to innovative products and cutting-edge science
  • A collaborative, cross‑functional working environment
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package
  • Opportunities for career growth within Abbott’s global network
