  • Working with the medical director, to assume responsibilities of supporting scientific engagement of key opinion leaders (KOLs). Healthcare practitioners (HCPs), professional associations, decision makers and relevant key stakeholders in assigned therapy areas. The primary role of the MSL is to meet the scientific needs of GSK’s external stakeholders.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge on disease area and products to support opportunities with KEE within the scope of current scientific focus.
  • To act as the scientific expert in designated therapy areas to the company as a whole, providing data communication and relevant scientific training to the  business unit team members.
  • To provide support to the company b the scientific exchange of data and information related to clinical research, disease state knowledge and therapeutic trends with KOLs and other HCPs in assigned therapy areas.
  • Develop productive relationships with thoughts leaders in the medical community
  • Communicate scientific information clearly in a variety of settings, including internal meetings, clinical investigators meetings, advisory boards, and individual’s discussions.
  • Participate in training and staff meetings within medical affairs groups and in planning of consulting meetings.
  • To develop and maintain a strategic network of KOLs and national bodies to facilitate peer-to-peer interactions and gain an in-depth knowledge of customers requirements and therapeutic trends.
  • To develop and educational service in the designated therapy areas to fulfill HCP needs and develop the required educational materials in conjunction with KOLs.
  • Represent the company via presentations to individuals/groups experts, societies, professional bodies at national and international meetings provide strategic medical/scientific input to commercial activities of the pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare divisions, to achieve the financial and business objectives.

 

  • Medical degree and /or advanced biomedical sciences are required.
  • Experienced MSL with thorough understanding of the biopharmaceutical industry may be an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and work in matrix organization.
  • Work in a multi cultural and multi departmental environment.
  • Multiple product mix and attention to details.
  • Drive and passion for results.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team player.
  • Knowledge of local legislation and work within compliance framework.
  • Effective communication and leverage network connections.

 

The candidate must be very good in Graphic Design and Animation.
