About the role: 

Are you curious about science, healthcare, and how medical knowledge can make a real difference for patients? 

We are looking for a Medical Science Liaison Associate to join our Medical Affairs team. This role is designed for someone who is at the beginning of their professional journey and wants to learn how scientific information is shared, discussed, and applied in a healthcare environment. 

What you will do: 

In this role, you will join the Medical Science Liaison team in activities that help healthcare professionals access accurate, balanced, and meaningful scientific information. 

You will review scientific literature, summarize clinical data, support the preparation of scientific materials, and follow developments in the field of Oncology. You will also contribute to medical education activities, scientific meetings, and congress-related work, including planning, coordination, preparation of materials, and follow-up activities. 

You will also learn how to collect insights from external scientific interactions and share internally to support a better understanding of healthcare landscapes and treatment pathways. 

 

This role is mostly field-based combined with administrative responsibilities and close collaboration across internal teams. 

Who we are looking for: 

  • Bachelor's, Master's in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, Immunology, Biology, or related fields 

  • We are also open to candidates with PharmD, MD, or equivalent qualifications 

  • Graduate or early-career professional with up to 2 years of experience gained through internships, research projects, placements, employment, or other healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research settings 

  • Advanced English language skills 

  • Intermediate or higher proficiency in Polish

The anticipated pay range and benefits for this position is:

zł112,000.00 - zł132,000.00

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
