Medical Sales Specialist – Gynaecology & Urology (Dutch Speaking)

Location: The Netherlands

Language: Native Dutch + good English

What You’ll Do

· Drive sales of innovative gynae & urology products through demos, presentations, and in‑theatre support

· Build strong partnerships with gynaecologists, urologists, and theatre teams

· Support clinical procedures and product trials

· Identify new business opportunities and convert them into results

· Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets

· Provide expert clinical, technical, and commercial guidance

· Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights

· Lead local execution of product launches and commercial initiatives

What You Bring

· Medical sales experience in a hospital environment (gynae/urology a strong plus)

· Comfortable working in operating theatres

· Target‑driven with strong closing skills

· Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities

· Commercially sharp, organised, and proactive

· Technical aptitude for complex medical devices

· Motivated by improving patient outcomes

· Native Dutch speaker with solid English skills

· Full driver’s licence
