Due to continued growth, we are looking for two Case Managers to join this newly established team. These are exciting new opportunities to play a key role in delivering timely, high-quality claims management while supporting improved outcomes for our customers.

Working within a collaborative and specialised team, you will manage a dedicated portfolio of claims, build strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to the ongoing success of the team.

This will be a full time, permanent position based in the Melbourne office, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week.'

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively review claims with the goal of progressing recovery, independence and self-management whilst effectively managing rightful medical and like entitlements.
  • Ensure that the relevant audit requirements are consistently met
  • Actively engaging with workers and treating health practitioners
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver required outcomes
     

ABOUT YOU

  • 1-2 years' experience within the Victorian workers compensation scheme is essential. (If no prior Victorian Workers comp experience, an Allied Health Background will be considered)
  • Demonstrated ability to assess complex matters, gather and analyse information, and develop appropriate strategies or action plans, including case conferencing where relevant.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately while ensuring compliance with legislative, policy and quality requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
  • A proactive and accountable approach, with a commitment to delivering high quality outcomes within agreed timeframes.
