Medical Representative - East Beirut & Metn

OHRD.MENA is an outsourced HR department for startups and SMEs supporting in multiple HR functions including Recruitment, Talent Development, Consulting and more. 

Hiring Medical Representatives for a pharmaceutical company in Hazmieh - Lebanon (company confidential until later stages of the process).

The ideal candidates must be a national applicant, resident of the region applying for, and have 2-5 years of medical representative experience in the region applied for.

Must be able to quickly grasp knowledge about products and portfolio of clients to-be handled.
Has a proven track record of achievements in a similar role with the ability to grow the business and retain a satisfied customer base of professionals, subject matter experts, and key opinion leaders in the related field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client portfolios and foster strong networks with key influencers.
- Promote company products to doctors, private clinics, and hospitals.
- Communicate daily with clients to address issues and provide solutions.
- Analyze market information and prepare reports to meet departmental goals.
- Uphold company values and meet deadlines while being a proactive team player.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor degree in a healthcare / science practice (pharmacy, biochemistry, biology or equivalent).
- MBA/Masters degree is a plus.
- 2 to 5 years in a similar position and area applied for.
- Sales, Marketing, Communication, PR or equivalent is a major plus.
- Arabic and English are a must, French is a plus.

Job Requirements:
- Car is a must (applicants must be ready to use their own car in the field. For that, car allowances are provided by the company).
- Joining date Immediate/ASAP.
- Ability to fully and productively perform in the field.
- Lebanese national resident of the region applied for.

Package Offer:
Basic + NSSF + Medical Insurance + Bonus (variable) + Commission (variable) + Car Allowance (variable) + Holidays & Annual leave as per the Lebanese labor law.
