Client Service Representative

We 're seeking a Part time Client Service Representative with veterinary hospital experience to join our team.

Why We Need You

The Client Service Representative sets the tone for the practice as we build and maintain each customer's trust and confidence in our abilities. The CSR is the pivot around which the hospital operates and is responsible for:

Customer service functions include- Medical Records oversight to include

• Scanning and uploading medical records
• Contacting Referal DVM for Medical Records
• Checking emails and responding promptly
• Building medical records and scheduling appointments
• Answering phone and delegating appropriate tasks
• Ensuring that facility is neat and clean at all times

Schedule would be 24 - 30hrs a week scheduled with flexibility to work a weekend shift.

Salary range $18-19 dependent on experience
