 Menyusun berkas Rekam Medis serta melakukan pengkodean terhadap diagnosa penyakit dan tindakan medis lainnya untuk menjamin kerapihan pendokumentasian agar dapat memberikan informasi ke bagian terkait yang membutuhkan serta mengolah data statistik rekam medis pasien untuk dijadikan bahan dasar pelaporan internal dan/atau eksternal Rumah Sakit.

1. Pendidikan minimal D3 Rekam Medis 
2. Memiliki STR Aktif
3. Memiliki pengalaman kerja dibidang yang sama minimal 1 tahun, fresh graduate dipersilahkan melamar
4. Memiliki tanggung jawab dan komunikasi yang baik
