Join Our Team as a Medical Receptionist / Assistant!

We’re looking for a Medical Assistant who’s ready to bring compassion, organization, and energy to our fast-paced practice. If you thrive in a hands-on role where you can make a real difference for kids and families, this is the place for you!

The Details You Need to Know:  

Full-Time Schedule Within Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM  
Rotating Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM   

Compensation: Starting at $20.50/hour based on experience.

What You’ll Do 

  • Greet and check in patients while providing excellent customer service  

  • Schedule appointments and assist with patient registration  

  • Answer phones, process messages, and support office communication  

  • Verify insurance, collect copays, and maintain accurate patient information  

  • Obtain vitals, update medical histories, and assist with patient intake  

  • Prepare patients for visits and support providers during appointments as needed  

  • Perform basic clinical duties including specimen collection, and point-of-care testing as applicable  

  • Support referrals, forms, scanning, and general administrative tasks  

 

What We’re Looking For 

  • 1-3 years of Medical Receptionist and/or Medical Receptionist experience preferred    

  • Experience with AthenaOne and/or Phreesia strongly preferred

  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills  

  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments  

  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude   

  • Pediatric or multi-site medical office experience preferred  

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required  

The Physical Side of the Job:  

  • You’ll be on your feet a lot, moving around and occasionally lifting infants or toddlers.  

  • As with any medical role, you may be exposed to different elements like blood or chemicals.

Compensation Offered:

Hourly - Hourly Plan, 20.50 USD Hourly

The salary/rate provided complies with local regulations and reflects the potential base compensation for this role. Actual salary/rate may vary above or below based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
