The Details You Need to Know:
Full-Time Schedule Within Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Rotating Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Compensation: Starting at $20.50/hour based on experience.
What You’ll Do
Greet and check in patients while providing excellent customer service
Schedule appointments and assist with patient registration
Answer phones, process messages, and support office communication
Verify insurance, collect copays, and maintain accurate patient information
Obtain vitals, update medical histories, and assist with patient intake
Prepare patients for visits and support providers during appointments as needed
Perform basic clinical duties including specimen collection, and point-of-care testing as applicable
Support referrals, forms, scanning, and general administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
1-3 years of Medical Receptionist and/or Medical Receptionist experience preferred
Experience with AthenaOne and/or Phreesia strongly preferred
Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
Pediatric or multi-site medical office experience preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent required
The Physical Side of the Job:
You’ll be on your feet a lot, moving around and occasionally lifting infants or toddlers.
As with any medical role, you may be exposed to different elements like blood or chemicals.

Compensation Offered:
Hourly - Hourly Plan, 20.50 USD HourlyThe salary/rate provided complies with local regulations and reflects the potential base compensation for this role. Actual salary/rate may vary above or below based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
