Are you an experienced medical receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment? We're looking for a Medical Receptionist Level II to bring organization, warmth, and expertise to our front desk team. If you're someone who loves keeping things running smoothly while making patients feel welcome and cared for—you might be just who we're looking for!

The Details You Need to Know: 

Full-Time Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM 
Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

What You Bring to the Team: 

3–5 years of experience as a Medical Receptionist – You’ve seen it all and keep your cool no matter how busy it gets. 
EMR Savvy – Experience with systems like Centricity or Phreesia is a huge plus. 
Organized & Detail-Oriented – You know how to juggle tasks without letting the little things slip. 
Strong Communication Skills – Whether on the phone or in person, you provide excellent customer service and clear, compassionate communication. 
Reliable & Professional – Patients and team members can count on you to be consistent, respectful, and efficient. 
High School Diploma or Equivalent – Required. 

The Physical Side of the Job: 

You'll be on your feet, moving around the office, assisting patients, and handling paperwork.

Compensation Offered:

Hourly - Hourly Plan, 22.50 USD Hourly

The salary/rate provided complies with local regulations and reflects the potential base compensation for this role. Actual salary/rate may vary above or below based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
