We are looking for a Medical Innovation Associate who is passionate about healthcare innovation and aesthetic medicine. In this role, you will support the research, development, and continuous improvement of our clinic's treatment portfolio to ensure every treatment is safe, effective, competitive, and aligned with both medical standards and business objectives.
Working closely with Medical, Product, Marketing, and Clinic Operations teams, you will help identify emerging treatment opportunities, evaluate new technologies and protocols, coordinate treatment trials, and translate clinical insights into scalable treatment offerings that enhance patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Research emerging aesthetic treatments, medical technologies, skincare ingredients, devices, and industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis to evaluate treatment positioning and innovation opportunities.
- Support the development of new treatment concepts, clinical protocols, treatment flows, pricing recommendations, and value propositions.
- Coordinate treatment trials, including preparation, documentation, patient selection, feedback collection, and outcome tracking.
- Assist in developing and maintaining treatment-related documentation, including SOPs, treatment guidelines, informed consent forms, aftercare instructions, and training materials.
- Collaborate with doctors, clinic teams, marketing, product, and operations to ensure successful treatment development and implementation.
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for product information, samples, certifications, training sessions, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations to support treatment development, product evaluation, and business decision-making.

Monitor treatment performance and gather feedback to recommend continuous improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, or a related healthcare field.
- 1–3 years of experience in an aesthetic clinic, healthcare, pharmaceutical, skincare, medical device, or product development environment is preferred.
- Strong interest in aesthetic medicine, medical innovation, and healthcare product development.
- Ability to interpret medical or technical information and translate it into practical treatment concepts and business recommendations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides).
