Medical Director - CityPaws Uptown

City Paws Animal Hospital - Uptown  is looking for a Medical Director to join their growing practice! We are looking for a natural leader who is ready to dig in and grow the practice to its full potential. You will work alongside the Practice Manager and have the creative freedom to bring in your style of leadership while influencing positive behavior and outcomes through training, development, and timely feedback in developing effective local teams.

Instead of just treating our patients, we place a high value on developing long-term relationships with members of the community.  In addition to our passion for animal health care, our staff is also committed to giving back to the communities we serve. We work closely with the Washington Animal Rescue league (WARL) and perform all first post-adoption visits free of charge. We also work closely with CityDogs Rescue and help with the medical care for their rescues and fosters. We are active in the Logan Circle and U Street Corridor areas and we participate in a variety of community events, such as the Dog Days of Summer held every August.
