Responsible for the delivery of Urology / Surgery services by preparing equipment, assisting in patient preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Essential Functions
-Assist healthcare teams in providing direct patient care during urology / surgery procedures.
-Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning, draping, and emotional support.
-Set up and prepare urology / surgery equipment and instruments required for procedures.
-Ensure that all equipment is clean, sterilized, and in proper working condition.
-Perform routine maintenance and calibration checks on equipment as required.
-Adhere to strict sterile techniques and infection control protocols during urology / surgery procedures.
-Maintain a clean and organized work environment by sterilizing instruments, preparing sterile trays, and properly disposing of contaminated items.
-Follow established infection control policies and procedures to prevent the spread of infections.
