Our Women's Health Department provides compassionate and comprehensive care across all stages of life. We specialize in gynecology, obstetrics, reproductive health, and menopause management, focusing on preventive health, specialized treatments, and patient education. Work Hours: 

  •  Monday - Friday 7:45 am - 4:45 pm 
  •  Rotating Sundays 8:30 am-4 pm

Position Overview:   

  • Create job postings to attract quality candidates for clinical and non-clinical positions
  • Creatively source candidates utilizing job boards, resume databanks, and Boolean searches to build and/or strengthen the overall candidate pipeline
  • Contact prospective applicants to determine if they meet minimum qualifications
  • Conduct routine availability calls for all interviewed candidates
  • Schedule and assist hiring managers with in-person interviews
  • Follow up with candidates to provide ongoing feedback regarding the hiring process
  • Perform all necessary on-boarding functions, i.e., verifying references, work experience, applicable license/certification(s) and background checks, etc.
  • Provide verbal and written offers for new hires
  • Check for new prospective applicants in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) as part of search process for specific positions
  • Assist with onsite hiring events and monthly new employee orientation
  • Schedule and attend job fairs and networking events
  • Weekly reporting

 

Minimum Qualifications:   

  • Must have a strong commitment to a team dynamic as well as the ability to take initiative  
  • Must have good communication and interpersonal skills as well as an ability to effectively relate to all medical staff and patients   
  • Must possess a strong work ethic
  • Comprehension and deductive reasoning
  • Ability to learn new techniques

 

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • 6 months as a Medical Assistant and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  •  Knowledge of Medical Terminology
  • CPR certified a plus  
  • Phlebotomy a plus
