  • Design, install, and validate complex electrical wiring systems and control circuits, including PLC programming interfaces, sensor integration, and safety-critical systems in compliance with relevant electrical codes and industry standards
  • Perform advanced calibration, alignment, and adjustment of station parameters using diagnostic tools and measurement equipment to optimize performance, efficiency, and product quality metrics
  • Lead and coordinate ramp-up activities across cross-functional teams, including process validation, performance testing, and the development of standard operating procedures to ensure seamless production transitions
  • Diagnose and resolve complex machine breakdowns through systematic root-cause analysis, implementing corrective and preventive maintenance strategies while minimizing production downtime and documenting all findings in maintenance management systems
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to identify improvement opportunities, implement design modifications, and support continuous optimization of station functionality and reliability

     

  • Certified Mechatronic Technician or equivalent professional qualification;
  • Proven experience in mechanical-electrical maintenance, including diagnostic troubleshooting, preventive maintenance strategies, and root-cause analysis methodologies;
  • Strong competency in utilizing advanced diagnostic tools, measurement equipment, and maintenance management software systems for performance optimization and documentation;
  • Knowledge of relevant electrical codes, industry standards, and safety regulations (e.g., ISO, IEC, OSHA compliance);
  • Proficiency in developing and documenting standard operating procedures and technical specifications;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in fast-paced, high-pressure manufacturing environments while maintaining attention to detail and compliance standards;
  • Fluent English language skills (B2 level minimum).
