What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be assembling Conversion Kits - a mix of mechanical assembly, fit-out and hands-on build work. Every day brings something different as you work with a variety of components, follow drawings, and help bring complex, custom-built products to life.

It’s practical, satisfying work where you can see the results of what you’ve created.

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience with mechanical assembly fitting or similar
• Basic experience with manual lathe and milling machines is preferred
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Can read and interpret engineering drawings
• Is comfortable with basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
• Communicates well and enjoys being part of a team
• Can work independently when needed
• Values safety and takes pride in doing things properly
• Has strong attention to detail and a quality‑focused mindset
• Forklift License is desirable but not essential
